This edition was the<br \/>\nresult of many years of intensive work. Sri Aurobindo&#8217;s<br \/>\nmanuscripts were carefully compared with all copies,<br \/>\ntypescripts and printed texts. Wherever it was found that<br \/>\nhis lines had been copied, typed or printed differently<br \/>\nfrom what he wrote or dictated, the lines were restored<br \/>\nto their authentic form.<\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 150%;margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"justify\">\n<font face=\"Times New Roman\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; As there has been some misunderstanding regarding<br \/>\nthis edition, we publish here five statements by members of the Ashram.
