The mountain path leads
\nalways in two directions, upward and downward <\/span>―<\/span> all
\ndepends on what we put behind us. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

Life is a perpetual
\nchoice between truth and falsehood, light and darkness, progress and regression,
\nthe ascent towards the heights or a fall into the abyss. It is for each one to
\nchoose freely. <\/span><\/p>\n

In each one’s life a
\nmoment comes when he has to choose between the Path and the muddle. You cannot
\nput one foot here and one foot there. If you try to, you will be torn to

A heart that does not
\nchoose is a heart that will die. <\/span><\/p>\n

You take up the

The road to the Divine:
\nalways long, often dry in appearance, but always abundant in its results. <\/span><\/p>\n

Ascension: stage by

Spiritual ascension:
\nfearless, regular, uninterrupted. <\/span><\/p>\n

One will pass through as
\nmany stages as it is necessary to take, but one will arrive. <\/span><\/p>\n

The intellectual
\nattitude comes first and practice follows little by little. What is very
\nimportant is to maintain very alert the will to live and to be what one knows
\nto be the truth. Then it is impossible to stop and even more to fall back. <\/span><\/p>\n

All human beings have a
\nspiritual destiny which is near or far depending on each one’s determination. <\/span><\/p>\n

\nlife. It is up to you to choose which is the strongest in you and to act

You can follow the
\nmeanderings of innumerable reincarnations or choose the steep and rapid path of

He who follows the steep
\npath that climbs the heights can easily slip down into the abyss. <\/span><\/p>\n

For those whose destiny

The perfect path: for

All was gold and gold
\nand gold, a torrent of golden light pouring down in an uninterrupted flow and

Sadhak<\/span><\/span> = one who follows a yogic discipline. <\/span><\/p>\n

Sadhana<\/span><\/span> = yogic discipline. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Yoga
\n= union with the Divine (by extension: the path which leads to this union). <\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

Would you please explain to me how doing Yoga brings you near to
\nthe Divine? And what is the real meaning of Yoga? Is it only contortive<\/span> body- excerises<\/span> or is
\nthere a yoga of the mind also? <\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

This has nothing to do with a spiritual
\nlife, not even with religion. X will explain to you in detail, but I can tell
\nyou that Yoga is not only an aspiration of the mind towards the Divine but also
\nand chiefly a yearning of the heart. <\/span><\/p>\n
