Be grateful
\nfor all ordeals, they are the shortest way to the Divine. <\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

The joy one experiences
\nin living for an ideal is the sure compensation for all the difficulties of the
\npath. <\/span><\/p>\n

Have faith in your
\ndestiny and your road will be lit. <\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

For each one and for the
\nwhole world anything becomes useful if it helps to find the Divine. <\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

The grace and protection
\nare always with you. When in any inner or outer difficulty or trouble, do not
\nallow it to oppress you; take refuge with the Divine Force that protects. <\/span><\/p>\n

If you do that always
\nwith faith and sincerity, you will find something opening in you which will
\nalways remain calm and peaceful in spite of all superficial disturbances. <\/span><\/p>\n

Those who are sincere I
\ncan help and turn easily towards the Divine. But where there is insincerity I
\ncan do very little. And as I have told you already, we have only to be patient
\nand wait for things to become better. But surely I do not see why you should
\nget disturbed and in what way your disturbance would help things to be better.
\nYou know by experience that there is only one way of getting out of confusion
\nand obscurity; it is to remain very quiet and peaceful, firm in equanimity and
\nto let the storm pass away. Rise above these petty quarrels and difficulties
\nand wake up once more in the light and the power of my love which never leaves

\ntransformed. There is nothing there to make you sad or depressed \u2014 on the
\ncontrary you ought to rejoice at these occasions to make progress and never

When you want to make a
\nprogress, the difficulty you wished to conquer increases tenfold in importance

In spite of all difficulties I go on with the belief that if I
\nhold on, the difficult times will go. If I accept defeat, then I shall go. <\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Sadhana<\/span><\/span> is always difficult and everybody has conflicting elements in his

That is no reason for
\ngiving up sadhana<\/span>. One has to keep <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

I would like to pray to the Mother to kindly explain to me the
\nmeaning of the dramatising<\/span> of everything by the vital

What I meant is that life is always full
\nof difficulties, hardships and sufferings; this is a common fact and each one
\nhas to face his own lot of them. The only way to face them properly is to
\nendure and to put one’s interest, hope and faith in the inner life and
\nconsciousness turned towards the Divine, aspiring for the Divine and capable of
\nreceiving the Divine’s Force and Help. But often the vital being or some part
\nof it takes a kind of perverse pleasure in giving a dramatic importance to each
\nand every difficulty and thus cuts the contact with the inner being and the
\nDivine’s Force.<\/span><\/p>\n

This bad habit which is
\ncommon to many people must be stopped and then each one can and will feel that
\nhe receives very concretely the help he needs to go through the ordeals of
\nlife. <\/span><\/p>\n
