\nThe Ways
\nof Working of the Lord <\/span><\/font> <\/i><\/b> <\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

The Divine’s Grace is
\nwonderful and almighty. <\/span><\/p>\n

And the ways of working
\nof the Lord are full of a delightful sense of humour<\/span>\u2026.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Be always ready to
\nreceive the Divine, for He may visit you at any moment. <\/span><\/p>\n

And if sometimes He
\nmakes you wait at the appointed meeting <\/span>―<\/span> place, that is
\ncertainly no reason for you yourself to be late. <\/span><\/p>\n

It is quite evident that
\nfor some reason or other <\/span>―<\/span> or may be for no reason at all <\/span>―<\/span> the
\nSupreme has changed His mind about it. <\/span><\/p>\n

The Supreme must have
\nchanged His decision in order to try your faith and see if it depended on such
\nan external thing. <\/span><\/p>\n

Surely the Divine, like
\neverybody else, has a right to change His mind. <\/span><\/p>\n

If we want to have conversations with God (of course within us),
\nis it possible? If yes, on what condition?<\/span><\/i> <\/p>\n

God does not indulge in conversation. <\/p>\n

Does God ever become angry with us? If yes, when? <\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

If we shed tears for God, does He ever shed a tear for us? <\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Surely He has deep compassion for you, but
\nHis eyes are not of the kind that shed tears. <\/p>\n

It may be that the
\nDivine does not see things in the same way as humans do. <\/span><\/p>\n

A sudden show may be
\nvery useful for Sadhana<\/span>. <\/span><\/p>\n

According to the law of
\nman the guilty ought to be punished. But there is a law more imperative than
\nthe human law. It is the Divine law, the law of compassion and mercy. <\/span><\/p>\n

It is because of this
\nlaw that the world is able to endure and progress towards Truth and Love. <\/span><\/p>\n

Mother, <\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Does the Divine punish injustice? Is it possible at all for Him to
\npunish anybody? <\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

The Divine does not see things as men do
\nand has no need to punish or reward. Each and every action carries in itself
\nits fruit and its consequences. <\/p>\n

According to the nature
\nof the action, it brings you near to the Divine or takes you away from Him, and
\nthat is the supreme consequence. <\/span><\/p>\n

Human beings are capable
\nof withdrawing from the Divine <\/span>―<\/span> and they often do it; but for the Divine to withdraw from human
\nbeings, that is an impossibility. <\/span><\/p>\n

If the supreme
\nConsciousness got angry over the defects of men, humanity would long since have
\nceased to be. <\/span><\/p>\n

Why was not man created good from the beginning? <\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

It is not God who made man wicked. <\/p>\n

It is man who makes
\nhimself wicked by separating himself from God. <\/span> <\/p>\n

The Divine may very well
\nlean down towards you, but to understand Him rightly you must come up to Him. <\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

To understand the Divine
\nwe must have no more preferences. <\/span><\/p>\n

To understand the Divine
\none must become the Divine. <\/span><\/p>\n
