\nthe Force to create movements in the body is seated deep within behind the

Yes, there
\nis a seat of creative vital force there. <\/span><\/p>\n

The
\nvital is the seat of our power, energy, enthusiasm, effective dynamism. It
\nneeds a systematic education. <\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

Vital centre: passionate and strong, it asks for
\ncontrol. <\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

It
\nis the vital that gives enthusiasm, but the vital by nature is unsteady and
\nalways wants new things. Unless it is converted and becomes a docile servant of
\nthe Divine, things are always fluctuating. <\/span><\/p>\n

\nof vital expression is useful only when the vital is converted. <\/span><\/p>\n

\nare vital perturbations which show themselves in the course of the Sadhana<\/span> and have to be eliminated. They must not be
\nregarded as natural movements justified by the wrong actions of others and
\nbound to continue so long as there is an external cause. The real cause is
\ninternal and it can be got rid of by yogic discipline, vigilance, self−detachment<\/span> and a quiet but strict rejection. <\/span><\/p>\n

\nfor the change in the vital, it will come by itself when you form the habit of
\nremaining in your higher consciousness  <\/span><\/p>\n
