(A group of teachers were considering a reorganisation of certain
\nclasses. One of them asked Mother whether she had any objection.) <\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

No objection, these are things which you should arrange freely among
\nyourselves. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

(Two teachers had a rather heated discussion about the work. One
\nof them presented the problem to Mother and asked for her opinion. Mother
\nreplied.) <\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

Truly speaking, I have no
\nopinion<\/span>. According to the truth-vision, everything is still terribly
\nmixed, a more or less fortunate combination of light and darkness, of truth and
\nfalsehood, of knowledge and ignorance, and so long as decisions are made and
\naction is carried out according to opinions, it will always be like that.  <\/span><\/p>\n

We want to give the example of an action that is carried out
\naccording to the truth-vision, but unfortunately we are still very far from
\nrealising this ideal; and even if the truth-vision is expressed, it is
\nimmediately distorted in its implementation. <\/span><\/p>\n

So, in the present state of things, it is impossible to say: this
\nis true and this is false, this leads us away from the goal, this leads us
\nnearer to the goal. <\/span><\/p>\n

Everything<\/span> can be used for the sake of progress; everything<\/span> can be useful if one knows how to use it. <\/span><\/p>\n

The important thing is never to lose sight of the ideal you want
\nto realise and to make use of every circumstance for this purpose. <\/span><\/p>\n

After all, it is always preferable not to make any decision for or
\nagainst things, but to watch events as they develop, with the impartiality of a
\nwitness, relying on the divine Wisdom which will decide for the best and do
\nwhat is needful.  <\/span><\/p>\n

(A teacher had passed on to several colleagues a personal answer
\nfrom Mother to some questions about the work. Regretting this indiscretion, she
\nimmediately spoke to Mother about it.) <\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

There is no harm in having said what you did, because, you see, to
\neach person I can say, in all sincerity, that \u201cI agree.\u201d In fact, it is a thing
\nthat is rather difficult for all of you to understand, since the mind can
\nhardly approve of it. But behind each one’s point of view there is an aspect,
\nsometimes a very small aspect of truth<\/span>,
\nand I always agree with this aspect \u2013 on condition, of course, that it does not
\nwant to be exclusive by trying to eliminate the others. <\/span><\/p>\n

And I am seeking for a method in action by which all these aspects
\ncan be expressed, each one in its own place, without interfering with one
\nanother. The day I find this means, I shall <\/span>
