This can be called the day of God. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style='margin:0;text-align:justify;text-indent:.25in;line-height:150%'><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>The second one is: the men, the creatures, during six days work<br \/>\nfor their personal interests and egoistic motives, and the seventh they stop<br \/>\nworking to take rest and have time to look inwardly or upwardly, in<br \/>\ncontemplation of the source and origin of their existence and consciousness, in<br \/>\norder to take a dip in It and renew their energies. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style='margin:0;text-align:justify;text-indent:.25in;line-height:150%'><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>It is scarcely necessary to mention the modern manner of<br \/>\nunderstanding the word or the thing, that is to say, all the possible ways of<br \/>\nwasting time in a futile attempt at amusing oneself. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style='margin:0;text-align:justify;line-height:150%'><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style='margin:0;text-align:justify;text-indent:.5in;line-height:150%'><i><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>For those in Auroville who want to be true servitors, is Sunday a<br \/>\nholiday? <\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style='margin:0;text-align:justify;text-indent:.5in;line-height:150%'><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style='margin:0;text-align:justify;line-height:150%'><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>In the beginning the organisation of the week was conceived in<br \/>\nthis way: six days of work for the collectivity to which the individual<br \/>\nbelonged; the seventh day of the week was reserved for the inner quest for the<br \/>\nDivine and the offering of one&#8217;s being to the divine will.
