It is simple, sincere and does not<br \/>\ndoubt. We speak mostly of the candour of a child, who has a simple faith<br \/>\nwithout any doubts. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style='margin:0;text-align:justify'><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style='margin:0;text-align:justify;text-indent:.5in'><i><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>Sweet Mother, do we push the divine Grace away from us every time we<br \/>\nmake a mistake? <\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p style='margin:0;text-align:justify;line-height:150%'><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style='margin:0;text-align:justify;line-height:150%'><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>Eh? You push it away every time you make a<br \/>\nmistake? <\/span><\/p>\n<p style='margin:0;text-align:justify;text-indent:.25in;line-height:150%'><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>Well, there are two different kinds of<br \/>\nmistakes. There is the fault committed through ignorance. That remain a fault,<br \/>\nand it puts a veil between the Grace and you, but it is a fault made without<br \/>\nknowing that one is making a mistake. But as soon as<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\" style='margin:0;text-align:center;line-height:150%'>\n<span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'><font size=\"3\">Page &#8211; 236<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"WW-PlainText\" align=\"center\" style='text-align:center'><span lang=\"EN-GB\"><\/p>\n<hr size=\"2\" width=\"100%\" align=\"center\">\n<p><\/span><\/div>\n<p style='margin:0;text-align:justify;line-height:150%'><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>one knows that it is a mistake, one must<br \/>\nabsolutely refrain from making it, because each time one makes it, it is true<br \/>\nthat one builds a wall between oneself and the divine Grace. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style='margin:0;text-align:justify;text-indent:.25in;line-height:150%'><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>There is a very big difference between the<br \/>\nmistake made through ignorance which one will not make again as soon as one<br \/>\nknows it is a mistake, and the mistake made knowing that it is a mistake. And<br \/>\nthis, indeed, is called <i>obstinacy<\/i>!<br \/>\nAnd this is more serious, it is even very serious! It veils the consciousness<br \/>\nvery much, veils it so much that after some time one no longer knows at all<br \/>\nthat one is making mistakes. One makes them thinking that he doesn&#8217;t. One gives<br \/>\nso many excuses and justifications for everything he does, that he ends up by<br \/>\nbelieving that he is no longer making any mistakes at all. Then, here, it<br \/>\nbecomes very serious, because one is incorrigible! <\/span><\/p>\n<p style='margin:0;text-align:justify;line-height:150%'><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style='margin:0;text-align:justify;text-indent:.5in;line-height:150%'><i><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>What is the difference between receptivity and opening? <\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p style='margin:0;text-align:justify;line-height:150%'><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style='margin:0;text-align:justify;line-height:150%'><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>We have already spoken about this once. I<br \/>\nhave already answered. And I have told you I won&#8217;t repeat twice the same thing,<br \/>\nbecause I want you to get into the habit of remembering what I have said. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style='margin:0;text-align:justify;line-height:150%'><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style='margin:0;text-align:justify;text-indent:.5in;line-height:150%'><i><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>Mother, what does \u201can egoistic faith&#8230; tainted by ambition\u201d mean? <\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p style='margin:0;text-align:justify;line-height:150%'><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style='margin:0;text-align:justify;line-height:150%'><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>Yes, for instance, if one wants to become<br \/>\nsomebody very important, to have a high position or attract the admiration of<br \/>\npeople around him, to become a great sadhak, a great sannyasi, a great yogi,<br \/>\ne., somebody quite important, that is called having a faith full of ambition.<br \/>\nYou have the faith that this may happen, you have faith in the Divine, but it<br \/>\nis for your own small personal vainglory; and this is no longer something pure,<br \/>\nsincere and true. It is something that&#8217;s entirely for personal profit.<br \/>\nNaturally, there is no questions in this of any self-giving; it is a hoarding of<br \/>\nforces<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\" style='margin:0;text-align:center;line-height:150%'>\n<span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'><font size=\"3\">Page &#8211; 237<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"WW-PlainText\" align=\"center\" style='text-align:center'><span lang=\"EN-GB\"><\/p>\n<hr size=\"2\" width=\"100%\" align=\"center\">\n<p><\/span><\/div>\n<p style='margin:0;text-align:justify;line-height:150%'><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>as much as it is possible for you to hoard<br \/>\nthem, that is to say, the very opposite of the true movement. This happen much<br \/>\noftener than one would think&#8230;<span>\u00a0 <\/span>This<br \/>\nmovement of ambition is often hidden right in the depths of the being and it<br \/>\npushes you, like this, from behind&#8230;<span>\u00a0 <\/span>It<br \/>\nwhips you so that you get on. It is a kind of veiled pride. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style='margin:0;text-align:justify;line-height:150%'><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style='margin:0;text-align:justify;line-height:150%'><i><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>Mother, why do these people receive the force, since the Divine knows<br \/>\nthat they are not sincere? <\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p style='margin:0;text-align:justify;line-height:150%'><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style='margin:0;text-align:justify;line-height:150%'><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>Listen, my child, the Divine never goes by<br \/>\nhuman notions in His ways of acting. You must get that well into your head,<br \/>\nonce and for all. He probably does things without what we call reasons. But<br \/>\nanyway, if He has reasons they are not the same as human reasons, and <i>certainly<\/i> He does <i>not<\/i> have the see of justice as it is understood by men. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style='margin:0;text-align:justify;text-indent:.25in;line-height:150%'><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>For example, you imagine very easily that<br \/>\na man who is craving for wealth and tries to deceive people in order to get<br \/>\nmoney&#8230;<span>\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>According to your idea of<br \/>\njustice, this man ought to be deprived of all his wealth and reduced to<br \/>\npoverty. We find that usually just the opposite happens. But that, of course,<br \/>\nis only a matter of appearances. Behind the appearances, there is something<br \/>\nelse&#8230;<span>\u00a0 <\/span>He exchanges this for other<br \/>\npossibilities. He may have money, but he no longer has a conscience. And, in<br \/>\nfact, what almost always happen is that when he has the money he desired, he is<br \/>\nnot happy&#8230;<span>\u00a0 <\/span>And the more he has,<br \/>\nusually the less happy he is! He is tormented, you see, by the wealth he has gained.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style='margin:0;text-align:justify;text-indent:.25in;line-height:150%'><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>You must not judge things from an outer<br \/>\nsuccess or a semblance of defeat. We may say \u2013 and generally this is what<br \/>\nalmost always happens \u2013 we could say that the Divine gives what one desires,<br \/>\nand of all lessons this is the best! For, if your desire is inconscient,<br \/>\nobscure, egoistic, you increase the unconsciousness, the darkness and egoism<br \/>\nwithin yourself; that is to say, this takes you farther and farther away from<br \/>\nthe truth, from consciousness<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\" style='margin:0;text-align:center;line-height:150%'>\n<span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'><font size=\"3\">Page &#8211; 238<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"WW-PlainText\" align=\"center\" style='text-align:center'><span lang=\"EN-GB\"><\/p>\n<hr size=\"2\" width=\"100%\" align=\"center\">\n<p><\/span><\/div>\n<p style='margin:0;text-align:justify;line-height:150%'><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>and happiness. It takes you far away from<br \/>\nthe Divine. And for the Divine, naturally, only one thing is true \u2013 the divine<br \/>\nConsciousness, the divine <\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size: 12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>Union<\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>. And each time you put material things in<br \/>\nfront, you become more and more materialistic and go farther and farther away<br \/>\nfrom full success. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style='margin:0;text-align:justify;text-indent:.25in;line-height:150%'><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>But for the Truth that other success is a terrible<br \/>\ndefeat&#8230; You have exchanged truth for falsehood! <\/span><\/p>\n<p style='margin:0;text-align:justify;text-indent:.25in;line-height:150%'><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>To judge from appearances and apparent<br \/>\nsuccess is precisely an act of complete ignorance. Even for the most hardened<br \/>\nman, for whom everything has apparently been successful, even for him there is always<br \/>\na counterpart. And this kind of hardening of the being which is produced, this<br \/>\nveil which is formed, a thicker and thicker veil, between the outer<br \/>\nconsciousness and the inner truth, becomes, one day or another, altogether<br \/>\nintolerable. It is usually paid for very dearly \u2013 outer success. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style='margin:0;text-align:justify;text-indent:.25in;line-height:150%'><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>(<i>Mother&#8217;s<br \/>\nvoice becomes extremely deep.<\/i>) One must be very great, very pure, have a<br \/>\nvery high and very disinterested spiritual consciousness in order to be<br \/>\nsuccessful without being affected by it. <i>Nothing<br \/>\nis more difficult than being successful. This, indeed, is the true test of<br \/>\nlife! <\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p style='margin:0;text-align:justify;text-indent:.25in;line-height:150%'><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>When you do not succeed, quite naturally<br \/>\nyou turn back on yourself and within yourself, and you seek within yourself the<br \/>\nconsolation for your outer failure. And to those who have a flame within them \u2013<br \/>\nif the Divine really wants to help them, if they are mature enough to be<br \/>\nhelped, if they are ready to follow the path \u2013 blows will come one after<br \/>\nanother, because this helps! It is the most powerful, the most direct, most<br \/>\neffective help. If you succeed, be on your guard, ask yourself: \u201cAt what price,<br \/>\nwhat cost have I bought success? I hope it is not a step towards&#8230;\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style='margin:0;text-align:justify;text-indent:.25in;line-height:150%'><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>There are those who have gone beyond this,<br \/>\nthose who are conscious of their soul, those who have given themselves<br \/>\nentirely, those who \u2013 as I said \u2013 are absolutely pure, disinterested, and can<br \/>\nsucceed without its affecting and touching them; here, then, it is different. <i>But one must be very high to be able to bear<br \/>\nsuc<\/i><\/span><i><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>cess.<\/span><\/i><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style='margin:0;text-align:center;text-indent:.25in;line-height:150%'>\n\t\t<span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'><br \/>\n\t\t&nbsp;<\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'><font size=\"3\">Page &#8211; 239<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"WW-PlainText\" align=\"center\" style='text-align:center'><span lang=\"EN-GB\"><\/p>\n<hr size=\"2\" width=\"100%\" align=\"center\">\n<p><\/span><\/div>\n<p style='margin:0;text-align:justify;line-height:150%'><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'> And after all, it is perhaps the last<br \/>\ntest which the Divine gives to anyone: \u201cNow that you are noble, you are<br \/>\ndisinterested, you have no egoism, you belong only to me, I am going to make<br \/>\nyou triumph. We are going to see if you will hold out.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n<p style='margin:0;text-align:justify;line-height:150%'><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style='margin:0;text-align:justify;text-indent:.5in;line-height:150%'><i><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>In what way does the divine Shakti act against the Asuras? <\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p style='margin:0;text-align:justify;line-height:150%'><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style='margin:0;text-align:justify;line-height:150%'><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>I don&#8217;t hear a thing!&#8230;<span>\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Acts against the Asuras? Why do you want to<br \/>\nknow that? <\/span><\/p>\n<p style='margin:0;text-align:justify;line-height:150%'><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style='margin:0;text-align:justify;text-indent:.5in;line-height:150%'><i><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>It is interesting! (Laughter)<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p style='margin:0;text-align:justify;line-height:150%'><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style='margin:0;text-align:justify;line-height:150%'><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>Perhaps to them also She gives what they<br \/>\nwant to have&#8230;<span>\u00a0 <\/span>(Silence)<span>\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>And usually this hastens their end. There are<br \/>\nAsuras and Asuras&#8230; that is to say&#8230; no, the Asuras are Asuras, but there are<br \/>\nall those who have come out of them, and who are beings of an inferior kind. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style='margin:0;text-align:justify;text-indent:.25in;line-height:150%'><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>An Asura is generally a conscious being<br \/>\nand he knows he has an end. He knows that the attitude he has taken up in the<br \/>\nuniverse is bound to destroy him after a certain time. Naturally, the time of<br \/>\nan Asura is extremely long if we compare it with the lifetime of man. But<br \/>\nstill, he knows there is an end, because he has cut himself off from Eternity.<br \/>\nAnd so he tries to realise his plan as totally as he can until the day of his<br \/>\ncomplete defeat. And it is possible that if he is allowed to do it, the defeat<br \/>\nwill come sooner. Yes! Well,<br \/>\nthis is something quite obvious. You have made a big mistake, you are in great<br \/>\ndifficulty: then, if you have faith, if you have trust in the divine Grace, if<br \/>\nyou really rely on It, you will suddenly realise that it is a lesson, that your<br \/>\ndifficulty or mistake is nothing else but a lesson and that it comes to teach<br \/>\nyou to find within yourself what needs to be changed, and with this help of the<br \/>\ndivine Grace you will discover in yourself what has to be changed. And you will<br \/>\nchange it. And so, from a difficulty you will have made great progress, taken a<br \/>\nconsiderable leap forward. This, indeed, happen all the time. Only, you must be<br \/>\ntruly sincere, that is, rely on the Grace and let It work in you \u2013 not like<br \/>\nthis: one part of you asking to be helped and another resisting as much as it<br \/>\ncan, because it doesn&#8217;t want to change&#8230;<span>\u00a0<br \/>\n<\/span>this is the difficulty. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style='margin:0;text-align:justify;text-indent:.25in;line-height:150%'><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>All that he is saying, all the time, is:<br \/>\ncompletely, totally, sincerely, without reserve. The opportunity has gone. In fact, when they are successful it means that they are<br \/>\ncondemned; when they do not succeed, well, it is that the Grace has not left<br \/>\nthem. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style='margin:0;text-align:justify;text-indent:.25in;line-height:150%'><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>But mostly it will be after their death<br \/>\nthat there will be a difference, because those human beings who have allowed<br \/>\nadverse forces to take hold of them and govern their lives, as soon as they<br \/>\nleave their body, they are just swallowed up, that&#8217;s all! They have already cut<br \/>\noff the connection with their psychic being, so their psychic being often has<br \/>\ngone somewhere far off already in other worlds&#8230;<span>\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>and so, their vital being, which is the<br \/>\nreceptacle for these forces, as soon as it leaves the body will be quite simply<br \/>\nswallowed, and that&#8217;s all. And so they will really die for good. That won&#8217;t<br \/>\nmake much difference in the world. It won&#8217;t change things much. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style='margin:0;text-align:justify;line-height:150%'><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style='margin:0;text-align:justify;text-indent:.5in;line-height:150%'><i><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>Sweet Mother, what will swallow them up? <\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p style='margin:0;text-align:justify;line-height:150%'><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style='margin:0;text-align:justify;line-height:150%'><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>A still greater vital being!<br \/>\n(Laughter)<span>\u00a0 <\/span>You see, they have in them an<br \/>\nemanation of adverse vital forces, and the being or power which has emanated<br \/>\nthis force has done so in order to<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\" style='margin:0;text-align:center;line-height:150%'>\n<span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'><font size=\"3\">Page &#8211; 246<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"WW-PlainText\" align=\"center\" style='text-align:center'><span lang=\"EN-GB\"><\/p>\n<hr size=\"2\" width=\"100%\" align=\"center\">\n<p><\/span><\/div>\n<p style='margin:0;text-align:justify;line-height:150%'><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>make use of the body, to make it do in the<br \/>\nmaterial life exactly the things it wanted to do. But now, when there is no<br \/>\nlonger a body left, it is no longer interesting&#8230;<span>\u00a0 <\/span>You see, it was this body which was meant to<br \/>\ndo a certain number of things to act against the divine action. Once the body<br \/>\nhas disappeared, the emanation is withdrawn and all the force that was with it,<br \/>\nand it is swallowed up again for another opportunity. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style='margin:0;text-align:justify;text-indent:.25in;line-height:150%'><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>They spend their time doing this. They<br \/>\nemanate and then reabsorb when it pleases them, at times before death&#8230; that<br \/>\nis, this haste death a bit. It leaves the being like a kind of rag, powerless,<br \/>\nlifeless, without anything&#8230;<span>\u00a0 <\/span>This<br \/>\nhappen; it makes them absolutely mad. Or else, when they die in some sort of<br \/>\ncatastrophe, as it happened during the war, suddenly&#8230; hup! It acts like a<br \/>\ncupping glass, it absorbs everything, swallows up everything again for another<br \/>\noccasion. It looks for this, for what is ready to receive it, and it makes<br \/>\nit&#8230;<span>\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>There is always someone who is<br \/>\nopen to receive it, and who immediately believes himself a very superior being;<br \/>\nbecause it gives this, it gives people the feeling that they are truly,<br \/>\nexceptionally remarkable&#8230; they are capable of seeing the faults of things<br \/>\nwhich others don&#8217;t see; their judgment is more sane than that of hundreds of<br \/>\nother individuals. Besides, they have decided, they are among those who have<br \/>\ndecided what the creation ought to be like and who try to make it so, to put<br \/>\nthings in their place as they ought to be. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style='margin:0;text-align:justify;text-indent:.25in;line-height:150%'><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>I had these&#8230; people who, in a moment of<br \/>\nlucidity or sincerity, a second of sincerity, had asked to be freed from the<br \/>\nhostile emanation which made them act. And then, in that moment of sincerity<br \/>\nthis emanation went out of them, and without hurting the body it could be<br \/>\ncaught and destroyed. That has happened several times. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style='margin:0;text-align:justify;text-indent:.25in;line-height:150%'><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>Then for some days the being is so happy&#8230;<br \/>\nand it feels free, feels good, feels luminous&#8230;<span>\u00a0 <\/span>And then suddenly, it tells itself, \u201cBut I no<br \/>\nlonger have any power! I don&#8217;t know any longer, can&#8217;t do anything any longer, I<br \/>\nam altogether an ordinary being!\u201d And then, \u201cBut this is not at all good, it<br \/>\nwas much better be-&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\" style='margin:0;text-align:center;line-height:150%'>\n<span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'><font size=\"3\">Page &#8211; 247<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"WW-PlainText\" align=\"center\" style='text-align:center'><span lang=\"EN-GB\"><\/p>\n<hr size=\"2\" width=\"100%\" align=\"center\">\n<p><\/span><\/div>\n<p style='margin:0;text-align:justify;line-height:150%'><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>fore!\u201d And so, as these adverse forces are<br \/>\ncountless \u2013 these entities exist in thousands and thousands, you see, they are<br \/>\nthere swarming around people, only waiting for an opportunity to be able to<br \/>\nrush into someone \u2013 immediately one reabsorbs one&#8217;s dose and becomes once again<br \/>\nwhat one was before, sometimes worse. And so the comedy begins all over again. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style='margin:0;text-align:justify;text-indent:.25in;line-height:150%'><i><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>But as for me, nothing doing, once is enough!<\/span><\/i><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'> You are far too attached to it! Keep your<br \/>\nlittle hostile being with you! It is useless, in this case. But it is this,<br \/>\nit&#8217;s the feeling, all of a sudden, of having lost one&#8217;s power. But note, this<br \/>\nhappen to ambitious people, above all to ambitious people who want to have<br \/>\npower, want to dominate others, want to be great masters, great instructors,<br \/>\nwant to perform miracles, have extraordinary powers&#8230; it is to these that this<br \/>\nhappen most often&#8230; those who have a kind of ambition, here, turning in their<br \/>\nmind. This is dangerous. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style='margin:0;text-align:justify;text-indent:.25in;line-height:150%'><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>It is so good to be simple, simply<br \/>\ngood-willed, to do the best one can, and in the best way possible; not to build<br \/>\nanything very considerable but only to aspire for progress, for light, a peace<br \/>\nfull of goodwill, and let That which knows in the world decide for you what you<br \/>\nwill become, and what you will have to do.
