Something in this<br \/>\naggregate which constitutes the instrument I can put<br \/>\nat Thy service, is yet obscure and lacking in comprehension; something does not respond, as<b> <\/b> it ought,<br \/>\n<\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 150%;margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"center\">\n<font face=\"Times New Roman\" size=\"2\">Page &#8211; 105<\/font><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p style=\"line-height: 150%;margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0\">\n<font face=\"Times New Roman\">to Thy forces, deforms and obscures their manifestation. <\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 150%;text-indent: 25px;margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0\">\n<font face=\"Times New Roman\">A great problem presented itself before me and my<br \/>\nillness covered it with its veil and prevented me<br \/>\nfrom solving it. Now that I live again in the feeling<br \/>\nof Thy Unity, the problem no longer appears to have<br \/>\nany meaning and I do not understand it very well, <\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 150%;text-indent: 25px;margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0\">\n<font face=\"Times New Roman\">It seems to me that I have left something far<br \/>\nbehind me and that I am slowly awaking to a new life,<br \/>\nI would wish that it may not be an illusion, and<br \/>\nthat the profound and smiling peace may return for<br \/>\never. <\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 150%;text-indent: 25px;margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0\">\n<font face=\"Times New Roman\">O my divine Master, my love aspires after Thee<br \/>\nmore intensely than ever; let me be Thy living Love<br \/>\nin the world and nothing but that! May all egoism,<br \/>\nall limitations, all obscurity disappear; -may my<br \/>\nconsciousness be identified with Thy consciousness<br \/>\nso that Thou alone mayst be the will acting through<br \/>\nthis fragile and transient instrument. <\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 150%;text-indent: 25px;margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0\">\n<font face=\"Times New Roman\">O my sweet Master, with what an ardour my love<br \/>\naspires for Thee. <\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 150%;text-indent: 25px;margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0\">\n<font face=\"Times New Roman\">Grant that I may be only Thy Divine Love and<br \/>\nthat in everything this Love may awake powerful<br \/>\nand victorious. <\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 150%;text-indent: 25px;margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0\">\n<font face=\"Times New Roman\">Let me be like an immense mantle of love enveloping the whole earth, penetrating all hearts, murmuring to every ear Thy divine message of hope and<br \/>\npeace. <\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 150%;text-indent: 25px;margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0\">\n<font face=\"Times New Roman\">O my divine Master, with what an ardour I aspire<br \/>\nfor Thee! Break these chains of darkness and error? <\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 150%;margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"center\">\n<font face=\"Times New Roman\" size=\"2\">Page &#8211; 106<\/font><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"line-height: 150%;margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0\">\n<font face=\"Times New Roman\">dispel this ignorance, liberate, liberate me, make m?<br \/>\nsee Thy light. <\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"line-height: 150%;margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0\">\n<font face=\"Times New Roman\">Break, break these chains&#8230;&#8230;! would understand, and I would be. All<br \/>\nis repose, force, concentration, light and serenity; and all that is without limits and without any division; is it only the earth or the whole world that lives in me,<br \/>\nI know not, but it is Thou, O Lord, who dwellest in this consciousness and givest life to it; it is Thou who<br \/>\nseest. Thou who knowest. Thou who doest. It is<br \/>\nThou alone whom I see everywhere, or rather there is no longer any &quot;I&quot;, all is one and this Oneness, it is<br \/>\nThou. <\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"line-height: 150%;margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0\">\n<font face=\"Times New Roman\">Glory to Thee, O Lord, Master of the world. Thou<br \/>\nshinest in everything! <\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\" style=\"line-height: 150%;margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0\">\n<font face=\"Times New Roman\" size=\"2\">Page &#8211; 107<\/font><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"line-height: 150%;margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0\">\n<font face=\"Times New Roman\"><b><a name=\"May_12,_1914\"><i>May<\/i> 12, 1914<\/a> <\/b><\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"line-height: 150%;margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0\">\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"line-height: 150%;text-indent: 25px;margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0\">\n<font face=\"Times New Roman\">MORE and more it seems to me that we are in one<br \/>\nof those periods of activity in which the fruit<br \/>\nof past efforts becomes apparent,\u2014a period in which<br \/>\nwe act according to Thy law in the measure in which<br \/>\nit is the sovereign controller of our being, without<br \/>\nhaving even the leisure to become conscious of the law. <\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"line-height: 150%;text-indent: 25px;margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0\">\n<font face=\"Times New Roman\">This morning passing by a rapid experience from<br \/>\ndepth to depth, I was able, once again, as always, to<br \/>\nidentify my consciousness with Thine and to live no<br \/>\nlonger in aught but Thee;\u2014indeed, it was Thou alone<br \/>\nthat wast living, but immediately Thy will pulled my<br \/>\nconsciousness towards the exterior, towards the work<br \/>\nto be done, and Thou saidst to me, &quot;Be the instrument<br \/>\nof which I have need.&quot; And is not this the last renunciation, to renounce identification with Thee, to<br \/>\nrenounce the sweet and pure joy of no longer distinguishing between Thee and me, the joy of knowing<br \/>\nat each moment, not only with the intellect but by an<br \/>\nintegral experience, that Thou art the unique Reality<br \/>\nand that all the rest is but appearance and illusion.<br \/>\nThat the exterior being should be the docile instrument which does not even need to be conscious of the<br \/>\nwill which moves it, is not doubtful; but why must I<br \/>\nbe almost entirely identified with the instrument and<br \/>\nwhy should not the &quot;I&quot; be entirely merged in Thee<br \/>\nand live Thy full and absolute consciousness? <\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"line-height: 150%;text-indent: 25px;margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0\">\n<font face=\"Times New Roman\">I ask, but I am not anxious about it. I know that<br \/>\nall is according to Thy will, and with a pure adoration <\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\" style=\"line-height: 150%;margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0\">\n<font size=\"2\">Page &#8211; 108<\/font><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"line-height: 150%;margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0\">\n<font face=\"Times New Roman\">I trust myself joyously to Thy will. I shall be what<br \/>\nThou wouldst have me be, O Lord, conscient<b><br \/>\n<\/b>or<b><br \/>\n<\/b>inconscient, a simple instrument as is the body or a<br \/>\nsupreme knowledge as art Thou. O the sweet and<br \/>\npeaceful joy when one can say that all is good and<br \/>\nfeel Thee at work in the world through all the<br \/>\nelements which lend themselves to that transmission! <\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"line-height: 150%;text-indent: 25px;margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0\">\n<font face=\"Times New Roman\">Thou art the sovereign Master of all. Thou art the<br \/>\nInaccessible, the Unknowable, the eternal and sublime<br \/>\nReality. <\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"line-height: 150%;text-indent: 25px;margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0\">\n<font face=\"Times New Roman\">O marvellous Unity, I disappear in Thee! <\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"line-height: 150%;margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0\">\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"line-height: 150%;margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0\">\n<b><a name=\"May_13,_1914\"><br \/>\n<i><br \/>\n<font face=\"Times New Roman\">May<\/font><\/i><\/b><b><font face=\"Times New Roman\"> 13, 1914<\/font><\/a><font face=\"Times New Roman\"> <\/font><br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"line-height: 150%;text-indent: 25px;margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0\">\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"line-height: 150%;text-indent: 25px;margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0\">\n<font face=\"Times New Roman\">THIS somnolence of my thought, O Lord, Thou wilt shake off so that I may have knowledge and<br \/>\nunderstand the experience Thou hast given to my<br \/>\nbeing. When something in me puts a question to<br \/>\nThee, always Thou repliest, and when it is necessary<br \/>\nthat I should know something. Thou teachest it<br \/>\nto me, either directly or indirectly. <\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"line-height: 150%;text-indent: 25px;margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0\">\n<font face=\"Times New Roman\">I see more and more that all impatient revolt, all<br \/>\nhaste would be useless; everything is organised slowly<br \/>\nthat I may serve Thee as I should. What is my place<br \/>\n1O this service? For a long time past I do not ask.<br \/>\nWhat does it matter! Is it necessary to know whether one is at the centre or on the periphery? Provided<br \/>\nthat, entirely consecrated to Thee, living only for <\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\" style=\"line-height: 150%;margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0\">\n<font face=\"Times New Roman\" size=\"2\">Page &#8211; 109<\/font><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p style=\"line-height: 150%;margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"justify\">\n<font face=\"Times New Roman\">Thee and by Thee, I do better and better the work<br \/>\nThou givest me, all the rest has no importance at all.<br \/>\nI would say more: provided Thy work is done in the<br \/>\nworld as well and as completely as it can be, what<br \/>\nmatters the individual or the group that realises this<br \/>\nwork? <\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 150%;text-indent: 25px;margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"justify\">\n<font face=\"Times New Roman\">O my sweet Master, in peace, serenity and equanimity, I give myself and I melt in Thee, my thought calm and tranquil, and my heart smiling; Thy work<br \/>\nwill be done, I know, and Thy victory is certain. <\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 150%;text-indent: 25px;margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0\">\n<font face=\"Times New Roman\">O my sweet Master, grant to all the sovereign boon<br \/>\nof Thy illumination! <\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 150%;margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0\">\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 150%;margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0\">\n<b><br \/>\n<font face=\"Times New Roman\"><a name=\"May_15,_1914\"><i>May<\/i> 15, 1914<\/a> <\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 150%;margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0\">\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 150%;text-indent: 25px;margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"justify\">\n<font face=\"Times New Roman\">AS from a summit which has been attained, one discovers a vast horizon, so,<br \/>\nO Lord, when one&#8217;s<br \/>\nconsciousness is identified with this intermediate realm<br \/>\nbetween Thy unity and the manifested world, one<br \/>\nparticipates at once in Thy Infinitude and the realisation of the world. It is as though one were at a centre<br \/>\nin which the consciousness, wholly steeped in Thy<br \/>\neffective Power, may direct the ray of Thy forces upon<br \/>\nthe lowest instrument moving centrally amidst its<br \/>\nbrother instruments. From the height of these transcendent regions, the unity of the physical substance is<br \/>\nvery evidently visible, and yet the body which serves <b>as a<\/b> particular instrument in the material realm? <\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\" style=\"line-height: 150%;margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0\">\n<font face=\"Times New Roman\" size=\"2\">Page &#8211; 110<\/font><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p style=\"line-height: 150%;margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"justify\">\n<font face=\"Times New Roman\">appears with a special precision and clearness like a<br \/>\nmore vigorous point in the midst of this whole,<b><br \/>\n<\/b>at<b><br \/>\n<\/b>once multiple and unique, in which the forces circulate equally.<br \/>\nThis perception has<b> <\/b> not left me since yesterday. <\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 150%;text-indent: 25px;margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"justify\">\n<font face=\"Times New Roman\">It has installed itself as something definitive, and<br \/>\nall the outer activity which, in appearance, continues<br \/>\nas usual, has taken the mechanical character of a<br \/>\nmarvellously articulated and animated toy moved<br \/>\nfrom the height of its seat by my consciousness<br \/>\nwhich is no longer individual but is still universal,<br \/>\nand that means that it is not yet completely immersed<br \/>\nin Thy Oneness. All the circumstances of my life<br \/>\nseem always to tell me on Thy behalf: &quot;It is not by the supreme concentration that Thou wilt realise<br \/>\noneness, it is by the diffusion in all.&quot; May Thy<br \/>\nwill be done, O Lord. <\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"text-indent: 25px;line-height: 150%;margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0\">\n<font face=\"Times New Roman\">Now I clearly understand that union with Thee is not an end to be pursued, so far as this present<br \/>\nindividuality is concerned, it is a fact accomplished<br \/>\nlong since. And that is why Thou seemest to tell<br \/>\nme always: &quot;Do not revel in the ecstatic contemplation of this union, fulfil the mission I have confided<br \/>\n<b>to<\/b> thee on the earth.&quot; <\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"text-indent: 25px;line-height: 150%;margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0\">\n<font face=\"Times New Roman\">And the individual work to be pursued simultaneously with the collective work is the awareness<br \/>\nand possession of all the activities and all the regions<br \/>\nof the being and the definitive establishment of the<br \/>\nconsciousness in that highest point which will allow at once the prescribed<br \/>\naction and a constant communion with Thee. But for<br \/>\nothers, the order is, while remaining in contact with<br \/>\nThee, to turn their look and their activity towards<br \/>\nthe earth; such is the mission Thou hast given them. Then begins the difficulty, for all depends upon the<br \/>\nperfection of the various states of their being, and<br \/>\nthey must, even after having attained to the sublime<br \/>\nidentification, still work for the perfectioning of<br \/>\nthe instrument which will manifest Thy divine Will.<br \/>\nIt is then that the task becomes arduous. All appears<br \/>\nto me mediocre, insufficient, neutral, almost inert in<br \/>\nthe present instrument which Thou makest me call<br \/>\n&quot;I&quot;; and the more I unite with Thee, the more I<br \/>\nrealise the mediocrity of its faculties and its manifestation. All the individual faculties slumber, and the consciousness is not yet awakened in the transcendental<br \/>\nstates; that is to say, its awakening in them is intermittent, and in between it is sleep. How is such a condition to come to an end? Thou hast<br \/>\nturned my look towards this complicated body which<br \/>\nhas to serve Thee as an instrument. And Thou hast<br \/>\nsaid to me: &quot;It is myself, seest Thou not that my<br \/>\nlight shines in it?&quot; And in fact I saw Thy divine Love,.<br \/>\nclad in intelligence, and then in force, constitute this<br \/>\nbody in its smallest cells and radiate in it to such a point that it became<br \/>\nnothing else than a mass of millions of radiant sparks, which all made it manifest<br \/>\nthat they were Thou. <\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 150%;text-indent: 25px;margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"justify\">\n<font face=\"Times New Roman\">And now all darkness has disappeared, and<br \/>\nThou alone livest, in different worlds, under different<br \/>\nforms, but with a life identical, immutable and<br \/>\neternal. <\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 150%;text-indent: 25px;margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"justify\">\n<font face=\"Times New Roman\">We must make this divine world of Thy immutable<br \/>\ndomain of pure love and indivisible oneness commune<i> <\/i>intimately with the divine world of all the other<br \/>\ndomains, up to the most material where Thou art the<br \/>\ncentre and the very constitution of each atom. In that which, out of Thy puissance and marvellous light, forms the centre and realty of the atoms of Matter I find Thee; thus without<br \/>\ngoing out of Thy Presence I can disappear in Thy supreme consciousness or see Thee in the radiant<br \/>\nparticles of my being. Thus each atom of this aggregate<br \/>\nwill be awakened to receive Thy sublime influence; the ignorance and the darkness will disappear not only<br \/>\nfrom the central consciousness of the being but also<br \/>\nfrom its most external mode of expression. It is only<br \/>\nby the fulfilment, by the perfection of this labour of<br \/>\ntransfiguration that there can be manifested the plenitude of Thy Presence, Thy Light and Thy Love.<br \/>\n<\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"line-height: 150%;text-indent: 25px;margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0\">\n<font face=\"Times New Roman\">Lord, Thou makest me understand this truth ever<br \/>\nmore clearly; lead me step by step on that path. My<br \/>\nwhole being down to its smallest atom aspires for the<br \/>\nperfect knowledge of Thy Presence and a complete<br \/>\nunion with it. Let every obstacle disappear, let Thy<br \/>\ndivine knowledge replace in every part the darkness<br \/>\nof the ignorance. Even as Thou hast illumined the <\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\" style=\"line-height: 150%;margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0\">\n<font face=\"Times New Roman\" size=\"2\">Page &#8211; 118<\/font><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"line-height: 150%;margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0\">\n<font face=\"Times New Roman\">central consciousness, the will in the being, enlighten<br \/>\ntoo this outermost substance. And let the whole individuality, from its first origin and essence to its<br \/>\nlast projection and most material body, be unified in<br \/>\na perfect realisation of Thy sole Reality. <\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"line-height: 150%;text-indent: 25px;margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0\">\n<font face=\"Times New Roman\">Nothing is in the universe but Thy life. Thou who<br \/>\nart the sole reality, the sole reason and the sole aim<br \/>\nof existence, grant that my love for Thee may go<br \/>\non increasing incessantly, so that I may &quot;become all<br \/>\nlove. Thy very love, and that being Thy love, I may<br \/>\nfinite integrally with Thee. May this love become more and more intense,<br \/>\ncomplete, luminous, powerful; may this love be an irresistible elan towards Thee,<br \/>\nan invincible means to manifest Thee. May the God in form who is<br \/>\nmanifesting in this aggregate, be wholly moulded of<br \/>\nThy complete and sublime love, that love which is at once the source and the<br \/>\nrealisation of all knowledge; may the thought be clarified, classified,<br \/>\nenlightened, transformed by Thy love; may all the<br \/>\nforces of my life, solely penetrated and moulded by<br \/>\nThy love, become irresistible purity and constant<br \/>\n.energy, power and rectitude. Finally may<br \/>\nThy love overflow, inundate, penetrate, transfigure,<br \/>\nregenerate, animate everything with the power,<br \/>\nsplendour, sweetness and force which are its very<br \/>\nnature. But all the time, under this<br \/>\nwater in fury, are vast smiling expanses, peaceful and<br \/>\nmotionless. They look upon the surface agitation as<br \/>\nan indispensable act; for Matter has to be vigorously churned if it is to become<br \/>\ncapable of manifesting entirely the divine light. Behind the troubled appearance,<br \/>\nbehind the struggle and anguish of the conflict, the<br \/>\nconsciousness remains firm at its post; observing all<br \/>\nthe movements of the outer being, it intervenes only<br \/>\nto rectify direction and position, so as not to allow the play to become too dramatic. These three worlds or<br \/>\nmodes of the Divine are found in the physical reality<br \/>\nas well as in the regions of Force and Light and<br \/>\nthose of impersonality, infinitude and eternity. When<br \/>\nwe enter fully conscious into the higher regions, it<br \/>\nis easy, almost inevitable, to live this existence, this<br \/>\nlight and this beatitude. But what is very important<br \/>\nas also very difficult, is to awaken the being to this<br \/>\ntriple divine consciousness on the most material levels,<br \/>\nThis is the first point. Then we must find out the<br \/>\ncentre of all the divine worlds (probably in the<br \/>\nintermediate world), from where we can unite the<br \/>\nconsciousness of these divine worlds, synthetise them <\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\" style=\"line-height: 150%;margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0\">\n<font face=\"Times New Roman\" size=\"2\">Page &#8211; 124<\/font><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p style=\"line-height: 150%;margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0\">\n<font face=\"Times New Roman\">and act simultaneously and in full knowledge in all<br \/>\nthe domains. <\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 150%;text-indent: 25px;margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"justify\">\n<font face=\"Times New Roman\">I know that there is a great gulf between these<br \/>\nincomplete and imperfect explanations and the<br \/>\nsublime reality which manifests Thee, O Lord.<br \/>\nThy splendour. Thy power and Thy magnificence,<br \/>\nThy incommensurable love are above all explanation<br \/>\nand comment. But my intellect needs to represent<br \/>\nthings to itself in a manner at least schematic, in<br \/>\norder to enable the most material parts of the being<br \/>\nto put themselves as completely as possible in accord<br \/>\nwith Thy Will. <\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 150%;text-indent: 25px;margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"justify\">\n<font face=\"Times New Roman\">Nevertheless, it is in the deep silence of my mute<br \/>\nand total adoration that I understand Thee best.<br \/>\nFor then who can say what loves, what is loved and<br \/>\nwhat is the power of love in itself? And it is Thy supreme love<br \/>\nthat Thou usest for thus churning all these elements.<br \/>\nAnd it is from Thy infinite, unfathomable heart that <\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 150%;margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0\" align=\"center\">\n<font face=\"Times New Roman\" size=\"2\">Page &#8211; 125<\/font><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p style=\"line-height: 150%;margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0\">\n<font face=\"Times New Roman\">spring these inexhaustible torrents of love. Thy heart<br \/>\nis my abode. Thy heart is the reality of my being. They enjoy that infinite beatitude which is the mark of all entry of the conscious-<br \/>\nness into Thy supreme Essence, but the devotion of<br \/>\nthe worshipper who turns with ecstasy towards that<br \/>\nwhich is above him can no longer exist. Then I was the whole earth and the<br \/>\nwhole earth prostrated herself before Thee, imploring<br \/>\nthe benediction of Thy illumination and the beatitude<br \/>\nof Thy love. O that kneeling of the earth in supplication<br \/>\ntowards Thee, then collected in itself in the silence<br \/>\nof the night, awaiting, at once with patience and anxiety, the so longed for<br \/>\nillumination. If it is a sweetness to be Thy divine love at work in the world, it is<br \/>\nas great a sweetness to be the infinite aspiration which<br \/>\nrises towards that infinite love.
